Dear readers,
I'm so close to finishing this St. Patrick's Day inspired cowl. I took the class in January - and it has been literally dragging on. The yarn is fantastic - Merino, Silk, and Cashmere. The yarn is scrumptious in aran commercial moss. The pattern is Tule Fog Cowl by Karinknits Designs on Ravelry.
I wanted something Celtic but yet modern. So, I will try to finish this in the next few days. .
Pixie photobombing my project (as usual!).
She's love this yarn . . . . a bit too much - the second skein, below.
Ugg!! Can I never finish this project!!!
Have your knitted projects ever driven you mad?

Oh my goodness at the yarn! I've also lost my mind over this alpaca sweater that was started in November I think...but I'm on the LAST sleeve and got about 1/4 of it done today thanks to an orthodontist appt and a pediatrician's appt in the same day! Good luck with yours...
That sounds fantastic - I can't wait to see your sweater! Yeah! Yes, now I made a mistake and had to rip out 10 rows (ugg!). . . . .
Oh yay. My friend's dog did the same thing to several of her skeins. She and a friend have spent a couple visits detangling. Much easier with good company (and maybe a bit of wine)!
Yes, I'm all for good company and wine, Heather - great suggestion! I did finally get it would but somehow any yarn I use with silk in it seems to be "tangley" . . . It was so pretty wound too!!
Pam - I just saw your review of your dress from from PGM back in 2009 I think. I'm getting ready to order one - do you still love it? Have any advice? Thanks!
Thanks S! I would get the linen one if I were you - and not black - I like my black but would prefer something more traditional! I do very very much like my PGM dressform - I kinda recommend a trip out here - you know then you can browse the dress forms - New Orleans is the closest direct flight though. . .
Ha - I would love to come browse! That's wishful thinking, though. I did call them about the floor sample sale, and they have a size 8 for $150 off, so I might do that...
